How do I book an activity?
Choose a destination or an experience, browse the activities on offer and click “Book”. You'll be redirected to GetYourGuide, our booking partner, to complete your purchase securely.
Can I cancel my booking?
Most activities can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. The exact conditions are shown on each activity at the time of booking.
Is the CityPlanner app free?
Yes. CityPlanner is free to download and lets you create itineraries. An optional Premium subscription unlocks unlimited itineraries and advanced features.
Which devices does the app work on?
CityPlanner is available on iPhone, via the App Store. An iPad and Android version may follow depending on demand.
Is my personal data protected?
Absolutely. Your profile information stays stored on your device and we never resell any personal data. See our privacy policy for details.
